Something not working, or a question we haven't answered? Write to us — a real person reads it.

Get in touch

Email hello@hourlylogs.com. We usually reply within one business day. It helps if you say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — and whether you were on the iPhone app or the web.

Getting started

Add a client, give them a project, and set the project’s hourly rate. Then press start on the timer and pick that project. Stop it when you finish, and the entry lands in your timesheet with the value already worked out.

Forgot to start the timer? Open the timesheet and choose Add time manually — you can set the date, the start and end times, and a note.

Subscriptions and billing

The free plan covers 3 clients and 5 projects, with the timer, manual entries, and the weekly timesheet. Premium adds unlimited clients and projects, reports, and CSV export.

Bought in the iPhone app? The subscription belongs to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, and request refunds through Apple — we cannot see or reverse those payments. If you have paid but the app still shows the free plan, open the pricing screen and tap Restore purchases.

Bought on the web? Go to Settings in the app and choose Manage billing to update your card or cancel. For a refund, just write to us.

Cancelling always leaves your data intact. You keep Premium until the period you have paid for ends, then drop to free — nothing is deleted, you simply cannot add beyond the free limits until you upgrade again.

Your data

Premium can export any date range to CSV from the reports screen, which is the easiest way to get your hours into an invoicing tool or a spreadsheet.

To delete your account, open Settings → Delete account. It removes your account and every client, project, task, and time entry immediately and permanently, so export anything you want to keep first. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — do that in your Apple ID settings.

Trouble signing in

Hourly signs in with Google. If it will not go through, check that you are using the same Google account you signed up with, and that pop-ups are not being blocked. Still stuck? Email us and we will sort it out.
